Orders received after 2pm will be processed on the next business day (Mon-Fri) following your order, and are dispatched the same day by the specified postal service. At very busy times there may be a delay of up to 5 days. We aim to deliver your
Products by the estimated delivery date set out in the acceptance email and in any event within 30 days from the date of order or, in the case of pre-ordered Products, 30 days from the date of the despatch confirmation email. (The only exception to this is if a customer has requested for an item to be shipped at later date due to being away e.g. holiday, business trip etc.) If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an event outside our reasonable control we will email to you a revised estimated delivery date.
Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the delivery address given in the order. The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery. You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges. You will be notified of the delivery charges when you place your order.
We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs. These include Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class post, Royal Mail recorded delivery & next working day delivery by courier. Each of these incur different charges and will be applied at checkout once your delivery option is selected.
We’re the home of the world’s favourite games and (as you can imagine) we get very busy around Christmas! To ensure you get your order in time for the big day please make sure you leave a few extra days in addition to our normal delivery times.

Whilst we can send most of our products overseas, some items are not able to be sold outside of USA due to license reasons. If you order item(s) which are not allowed to be shipped to your chosen country, we will email you and let you know. In such an event, full refunds will be issued.

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should advise you the charges due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and Winning Moves UK Ltd is not responsible for them.
If these local import/custom charges are refused or not paid by the customer, then the item could be returned to Winning Moves or possibly destroyed if too expensive to return. Please note: If this happens, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned product/s minus any costs incurred in returning them to Winning Moves.
Delays sometimes happen, so please allow a further week beyond these times to contact us in case of non-delivery. Please also check with your local postal delivery office in case they were unable to deliver your parcel and are holding it for you. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on Winning Moves but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
If your goods are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone on +44 (0)1706 558539 during office hours (9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday) or via email and we will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund the money you have paid. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 3-5 working days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.
