The type of card used for individual packs and also the twin packs of Waddingtons No.1 linen finish playing cards is the same, so we're so sorry that you are not happy with the playing cards in comparison to previous ones you've owned.
Could you provide the batch number for us please? This can be located on the back or the base of the box abd will look similar to this:

We always endevour to send out items in perfect condition so we are sorry if the cards have been damaged or tarnished in transit.
Please send us a photo of the cards so we can see the condition in which they arrived and we will gladly replace them for you as a gesture of goodwill.
